Restaurant sites & online ordering — Milton, Ontario

Websites that earn their keep.

Ordering on your own site, so the 30% delivery-app commission stays in your pocket — and the customer stays yours. Built for restaurants, cafés and bakeries across Milton and the GTA West. Designed, built and looked after end to end — you deal directly with whoever is doing the work. Ordering from $6,900 flat, sites from $4,800, in writing.

§ 01 — Why this exists

A corner shop should be able to look as sharp online as the chain across the street — and pay a fraction of what the chain paid to get there.

i.

The big-brand edge, minus the big-brand invoice.

The same standard agencies bill $15,000–$50,000 for — productized, so a flat $4,800 buys the site, not the overhead.

ii.

Start to finish, one point of contact.

One point of contact from the first email to launch and after. No account managers, no handoff, no ticket queue.

iii.

Nothing to hide.

Flat pricing in writing before you sign, work you can open and inspect yourself, and your domain and data always in your name.

§ 02 — What you can build

05 — The Order Kitchen
The Order Kitchen
Best for restaurants, cafés & bakeries
$6,900flat+ $240/mo care — optional, cancel any month after six

Direct online ordering and checkout on your own site — no 30% app commission, and the customer stays yours. The margin the delivery apps skim goes back in your pocket.

  • Order + pay on a site you own
  • No third-party app commission
  • Kitchen-ready tickets, pickup slots

Hardware isn’t included — budget roughly $750–$1,100 before tax for a kitchen tablet and a commercial thermal receipt printer. I spec exactly what to buy and set it up, you pay the supplier direct, and I take no markup on it.

Commission-free
After launch — the recurring part

Every build can carry an optional care plan: I keep it hosted, backed up, monitored and edited — so the site keeps doing its job month after month, run by the same person who built it. Your domain and customer data stay in your name. Cancel any month after the first six.

Care scales with what the site runs, not with hosting cost — the more that has to keep working (bookings, quotes, payments), the more there is to look after. A static Signature site sits at the floor.

Know which one you want? Start it today.

Pay the deposit and I begin. Half now, half when the site goes live — and the price is fixed at what you see here, in writing, before anything starts.

Payment is handled by Stripe — card details never touch this site. The balance is invoiced when the site goes live, not before. If I can't deliver what was agreed, the deposit comes back. Not ready to commit? Send a message instead and we'll scope it first.

§ 04 — Selected work

Open them. Click them. Judge them yourself.

Food is what I'm known for, but it isn't all I build — trades, clinics and shops are here too, at the same flat prices. One live client and a shelf of concept builds, each one openable, so you're judging real work and not a mockup in a case-study frame.

§ 06 — The yeah-but list

The questions you're already thinking.

Why not just use AI to build it?
For one page, honestly — you might, and it’ll look fine. AI is good at making a single screen look right. Where it comes apart is everything after that: the ordering flow that still works on a weak signal in a parking lot, the receipt that prints in the kitchen, the confirmation email, the screen you actually use at 8pm on a Saturday. That isn’t a page, it’s a system that has to keep agreeing with itself — and staying consistent across a whole system is the thing AI is worst at. Super Deal isn’t a website: it’s ordering, payments, a kitchen printer and email that all have to match. If you need one page, use the AI and keep your money. If you need the thing to run the business, that’s what you’re paying me for.
Why so much cheaper than a $15k agency?
No sales team, no account managers, no project managers, no office overhead — the work is productized. The price is what it actually costs to make a great site for an owner-operator, not what a 30-person agency charges to keep its lights on. Open the work above and tell me it doesn't hold up.
Am I locked into you?
Your domain, content, and customer data are always in your name — I don't hold any of it hostage. If you ever decide to leave, I help you export your data and point your domain wherever you want. The site is yours outright; hosting and care are the service I run — cancel any month after the first six and I refund the unused days.
Do I have to pay you every month?
No — the build is a flat one-time price and the site is yours. The care plan ($180–$240/mo, depending on what the site runs) is optional: it's for owners who'd rather I keep it hosted, backed up, monitored and make the edits, so it keeps working without becoming your Saturday. Cancel any month after the first six; your domain and data stay in your name.
What if something breaks Saturday night?
Text me. It reaches the person who built your site, not a ticket queue. I reply within one business day — sooner if you mark it urgent.
Can I edit it myself once it's live?
You get a simple admin on launch day for the things owners actually change — prices, hours, photos, posts. The deeper structure stays with me so a typo can't knock your phone number off the site on a Sunday.

Let's build the site your competitors screenshot.
