Short version: the only personal information I collect is what you choose to type into the contact form, I use it only to reply to you, I don't sell it or track you around the web, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.
Glass Floor Studio is a one-person web-design studio run by Shawn Mann in Milton, Ontario. I'm the person who receives, reads, and answers anything you send — no agency, no third-party sales team. Questions about your data go straight to me: hello@glassfloor.studio.

The site also runs on a hosting provider (Netlify) that keeps standard, short-lived server logs — things like IP address and browser type — the way essentially every website does. I don't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that follow you.
I use your contact-form details for one thing: to reply to your inquiry with a flat quote and a ship date, or an honest “here's what I'd fix first.” That's it — no drip campaigns, no newsletters you didn't ask for.
Submissions are delivered to me through Netlify Forms (my hosting provider) and land in my email inbox. Netlify processes and stores the submission on my behalf under its own security and privacy terms.
I never sell, rent, or trade your information; share it with anyone who isn't helping me run this studio; or use it to advertise to you. If a project needs a third party (say, a booking or ordering tool on your future site), I'll tell you before anything is set up.
I keep your inquiry as long as it's useful for talking with you — while you're a prospect, and for the life of a project if we work together. If a conversation goes nowhere, I clear it out. You can ask me to delete it sooner at any time and I will.
Under Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask me to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. Email hello@glassfloor.studio and I'll handle it promptly — usually the same business day. You don't need to explain why.
This is a business-to-business studio site. It isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If I change how I handle your information, I'll update this page and the effective date at the top. The current version is always the one you're reading here.
