Find out what your site is costing you before you spend a penny fixing it.
Most people are told their website needs rebuilding by the person who wants to rebuild it. This is the opposite of that: a written audit of the site you have, eight ranked problems worst-first, a plain-English fix for each, and an honest verdict — including leave it alone, if that is the answer.
What you actually get.
A document you can act on, or hand to whoever built the site. Not a PDF of generic best practice with your logo on the front.
- 01Eight ranked problems, worst firstRanked by what it is costing you, not by what is easiest to write about. If there are only four real problems, you get four and I say so.
- 02A plain-English fix for each oneWhat to change, and roughly what it takes. Written so you can hand it to any developer — not written so that only I can do it.
- 03What it is doing on a phoneMeasured on a real phone-sized screen: load time, tap targets, whether the thing you want people to do is reachable with one thumb.
- 04Whether people can find you at allWhat you show up for, what you do not, and whether your Google listing and your site agree with each other.
- 05An honest rebuild-or-keep verdictThe paid way to find out whether you even need me. Sometimes the answer is that your site is fine and the problem is somewhere else. I would rather tell you that for $450 than sell you $4,800 of the wrong thing.
Order it.
Paid in full, because it is a piece of work rather than a project. Card payment through Stripe — the studio never sees your card details.
$450CAD · paid in full
Credited toward a build if you go ahead. Order the teardown, and if you then hire me for any package, the $450 comes off the price. Which means the honest verdict costs you nothing if the answer turns out to be yes.
When not to buy this.
- You have no website at all. There is nothing to tear down — start with a build instead.
- You already know exactly what is wrong and you just want it fixed. Skip this and go straight to the build; the audit would only tell you what you told me.
- Your site is a single page that exists to show your phone number, and it does that. It is doing its job. Keep it.
- You want someone to tell you the site is fine. I might, but I might not, and you cannot have the $450 back for disagreeing with the answer.
